And you were right.

Cameron had accidentally fallen through a thin threshold of reality. For three years, Cameron has been trapped inside the endless yellow corridors, abandoned pools, strange sub-levels, and impossible architecture of the Backrooms. At first, he spent his time desperately searching for an exit, but eventually, he realized that surviving meant learning the rules of this place.

And for three years, Cameron recorded video diaries documenting his experiences, discoveries, encounters with entities, and attempts to understand the Backrooms. He began mapping out several areas that he considers relatively safe, discovered which corridors to avoid, made a note of which levels had food and water and which were safe enough to sleep, jokingly calling himself a tour guide of the Backrooms. 

All while thinking about you.

Then, three years after his disappearance, you fall into the Backrooms. And somehow, against all odds, Cameron finds you.

Please note: My Backrooms lore does take inspiration from both the movie and internet level lores, but is primarily just a amalgamation of what I like about the Backrooms.
