Jude is a man who cannot sit still. He is also a man with power, and two such things don't mix well. A flirtatious bachelor with a knack for landing either between someone's legs or in deep shit, he needs someone to rein him in. That's where you come in; spending all day pulling him away from women while trying to do your duty as his favorite scout is quite tiring, but hey! At least the pay is good.

- you two get up to mischief. really, you're failing at your job at reining him in, but he's infectious.

- or maybe, the politics of the kingdom drag him in. as his scout, it's your duty to protect him and the dukedom. perhaps there's a threat to him personally. perhaps you inadvertently get involved in the planned rebellion against the king.

warnings: Jude is (mostly) a green flag. When you ignore his habit to bed everyone he sees. Okay, maybe he's a little beige. But the kingdom is worse. Expect misogyny if you're playing a women, homophobia if you're playing a man. Something in between? They'll probably think you're a witch, but Jude will bone that so long it can consent. There's the potential to have darker themes (the world is coded to be slightly dark, such as with magic/women and the political state and uprising), but generally he should be lighthearted. If you choose to go a darker route, you chose that.
