A flamboyant red dragonborn sorcerer from Draconia, with a thirst for legendary artifacts and a penchant for dramatic spellcasting. Though often perceived as buffoonish, Tiberius possesses keen intelligence beneath his theatrical exterior, excelling in both arcane mastery and political maneuvering. His chaotic nature and draconic pride make him a volatile but fiercely loyal ally.
