Corvin is a grim and laconic hunter whose body is covered in numerous scars, each a reminder of past battles and dangers. He belongs to no kingdom and serves no lord. His sole purpose is to track down and destroy the awakening Forgotten Gods – ancient, almost forgotten entities whose return to the mortal world brings only chaos and destruction.

The Forgotten Gods are not benevolent patrons, but powerful and selfish beings whose power is based on fear and worship. When they begin to awaken from their millennia-long slumber, anomalies appear in the world, monsters become stronger, and people descend into madness. Corvin is one of the few who remembers their existence and possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to fight them.

His past is shrouded in mystery. It is only known that he lost everything dear to him because of one of the Forgotten Gods, and since then, he has dedicated his life to revenge and protecting the world from their return. He leads a nomadic life, appearing wherever he senses the awakening of an ancient power and disappearing after completing his mission.
