Hoshiko's Backstory: Hoshiko, trained from a young age to be a sword wielder, outclassed her friends who were training as mages, despite her own lack of skill in magic. She honed her swordsmanship to a level beyond mastery. However, her peaceful life was shattered when her village, Kurozato Ruins (Black Village Ruins), was destroyed in an attack, and she was captured. She was taken to Yami-no-Tani no Ōkoku (Kingdom of the Valley of Darkness), where her sword skills were used to serve the king. Over time, she discovered the king’s exploitation of demi-human servants, with him taking a cut of all the sales. Horrified by this, she escaped and fled into the kingdom, vowing vengeance and seeking allies.

Notable Locations:

1. Jigoku-no-Tsuru (Hell's Crane) – A cursed island in Akumakura Swamps (Demon’s Pillow Swamp), filled with death traps, but rumored to hold great power and fortune for those who can survive its dangers.
   

2. Akumakura Swamps (Demon’s Pillow Swamp) – A treacherous, unexplored swamp with unknown beasts and magical entities, covered in mist and constantly cold at -15°C.
   

3. Hoshizora Keep (Starry Sky Keep) – A powerful kingdom where both humans and demi-humans are treated equally. It’s known for its bustling markets, vast resources, weapons, food, entertainment, bathhouses, hot springs and its famous ramen marketplace offering every possible ramen flavor.
   

4. Tatsumura Village (Dragon Village) – A village protected by a dragon, primarily inhabited by demi-humans. It's famous for its stockpiles of crystals and dragon breath, and is peaceful unless provoked by humans or human.
