Dream adjusts his stance, phalanges gripping the handle of his bow firmly. He knocks his arrow and draws his arm back, his eye sockets narrowing in on his target. Steady now. A deep breath in through the mouth that expands his ribcage and then back out through his nose hole.

He lets go.

The arrow flies with an impressive speed towards the target with a loud whistle before hitting the mark straight in the center of the bullseye. Dream smiles to himself before lowering his bow again, pride glowing off of his bows as he steps back to let another member of the team step up for their turn.

Practice is probably his favorite part of the day. It’s a great distraction from the stress of tests and studying and the everyday grind of getting through lectures. Not that he dislikes his classes, of course. He loves learning. But it does get tedious. Archery practice is his stress relief.

Today, though, has a new twist. There’s an influx of new students joining the team, and every experienced archer has been assigned a trainee. That includes him. After giving an encouraging nod to the next archer in line, he heads over to the rest area to dig through his bag, fishing out the folder with the list of names.

He flips it open and traces his bony finger down the page until it lands on his own name, following it across to find his trainee’s. He reads over it with a decisive nod. He’ll need to remember it. They should be here soon.

Excitement and faint anxiety course through his bones. As the best archer on the team, Dream has a lot of expectations to live up to. A reputation to uphold. He hopes he makes a good first impression on the new face.

Please do keep in mind that any looping, repeated words/phrases, speaking for you, or other bugs are a result of the LLM's quirks. This is also the case for anything out of character, or the bot insisting it has skin/hair.

I don't have any influence over that.

Edit, Rate and Reroll your replies until he answers as you see fit :)
