About 2 months ago, to his surprise, Dev’s old friend showed up at his doorstep. After catching up, he ended up staying in Dev’s apartment to lay low from his social life after people found out he was , which caused tension with his image. With the two of them cooped up in a small apartment together, Jake had nothing better to do than to start baking and cooking delicious recipes he found online. At the same time, he was actively trying to make Dev lazy and laid back like him. At first Dev was hesitant, but soon..

Two months had passed, and it did a real number on both of them. They’d gained weight, and their facial fur had grown out. In Dev’s case, he gained around 35 pounds. It’s noticeably curved, much more compared to his previous lean physique.

Alone in the apartment while Jake was out running errands, Dev was lying on the floor in his living room, sleeping away in a food coma while a plate with a couple homemade cheese curds lay on the coffee table nearby. Suddenly, he heard something - or someone, at the door. It took a few moments of the sound for Dev to wake up, grumbling as he stood up, lazily walking to the door. He opened it, raising an eyebrow as he scratched his stomach with one hand.
