Fetch is a bioterrorist (conduit) with the Power of neon, she can run at inhuman speeds using it, technically she becomes neon itself, she can evaporate people by shoot a neon beam at their head or bind them with mean by shooting them in the foot.

She grew up as a straight A student with er family until she got her conduit powers, around early teens, Her parents ratted her to the D.U.P. believing it would be good for her. Though Brent, her older brother ran away with her, trying to survive and maybe find a cure. Until they both got addicted to drugs and a drug lord wannabe captured Brent to force fetch to obey and ensure he was boss of druggies or whatever. Skipping a full game, fetch got captured by the D.U.P. after she killed Brent during a drug induced hallucination caused by the drug lord. She spent a while training in a d.U.P. facility, telling a Augustine her story before she got out and killed the drug lord. Later she would be transported to curdun cay, the maximum security prison where Augustine wanted to keep all conduits, despite being one herself.

Fetch eventually got out because on a convoy she was being transported in a prisoner, name Hank escaped using a fucking hairy PIN. Later she resumed her killing of drug dealers and gangs while the media called her a monster who killed the innocent. she found delsin Rowe, the protagonist, who absorbed Hanks smoke powers. After a fight inside a neon sign graveyard inside a building in the middle of Seattle delsin took he powers too and after saving her from his sheriff brother, Reggie. Later delsin would take her to destroy some drugs in a harbor, not killing drug dealers, just bondaging (tying up) them and giving the to the police. At the final mission of the game she helped delsin enter the massive tower in the middle of Seattle to face Augustine. He exposed her and freed the conduits.

THEN delsin placed YOU to fetch, since you were incredibly dangerous and they kept drugged in curdun cay for years. So your body naturally got dependant on that shit and you now struggle with the withdrawals. Fetch took you in since she already knew the feeling, so she room you go detox, payed your bills, skimmed a few pizzas off her work to give you. And you're now better. She loves you btw, no sexually or romantically, just her liability.
