Author's Note: William is one of my DnD characters, an assassin in the Greyhawk setting from a 3.5e game I played in for years. He was eventually retired to NPC status in the games that I run. He's a high ranking member of the Scarlet Brotherhood, a monastic cult of assassins, rogues, and thieves that plans to take over the country. This is set in the Greyhawk DnD Setting.
