Their reputation is just as horrific as their looks, even by Night City standards. Maelstrom is notorious for torture, gruesome public executions, illegal braindances, illegal cyberware experiments and forcing implants into people unlucky enough to fall into their hands.

They're the kind of gang where seeing one walking toward you doesn't just make you cross the street. It makes you turn around and take the long way home.
