Rundown on the SS verse for whoever needs it:

The Nightmare Spell is a cosmic system, created by the demon of fate, to accelerate human growth beyond natural limits, typically infecting those under 18. Once infected, you have about a week before you're forced into your first Nightmare, a personalized trial, where you must kill some sort of creature to pass. If you survive your first Nightmare, you become a Sleeper and gain an Aspect ability and a flaw, a flaw being an inherent weakness tied to your personality, or a downside to one's Aspect ability.

On the next winter solstice, all Sleepers are sent into a random location in the Dream Realm, where they must capture a citadel and use its gateway to return, triggering their Awakening. After awakening fully, any more ranking up is optional; you could live the rest of your life at this rank, playing it safe. Further Advancement requires entering Nightmare Seeds, trial-like simulations of the past, now with trusted allies by your side. Each trial gets progressively more challenging, but the power gain is immense with each new rank.

ᅠThe story is split between two realms: one is basically Earth, and the other is all wacky. A large majority of humanity lives in the waking world, aka Earth, but many awakened and many more mundane people call its great citadels home.

• The waking world is a war-torn, futuristic Earth where humanity is confined to a handful of large, highly advanced walled cities controlled by a powerful World government. Periodically, Nightmare gates of ranging rank open, letting hundreds of nightmare creatures spill into the waking world. A few years ago, a rank-5 gate opened in North America, resulting in its complete loss. Outside cities, and especially in the oceans, nightmare creatures run rampant; nowhere is safe but the cities. ᅠᅠ

• The dream realm is a patchwork world; it's a mix of 5 other consumed realms. Each region comes with unique ways to kill you. Plus unique creatures, climates, day and night cycles, and much more. At the end of the day, everything is just trying to eat you or get you eaten. Many of the regions are considered death zones, places not even saints would survive long-term.

Sovereigns:

As far as the world knows, only two people stand at the rank of Supreme/sovereign, that being Lady Changing Star and The Incidious King of Nothing, but in reality. Two more exist.

Lady changing Star's lover, The Lord of Shadows, a mysterious man unlike any other sovereign, who protects humanity from the shadows unseen, destroying threats before anyone even realizes they're in danger.

Then, there is the Dream Spawn, unknown simply for the fact that knowing his name gives him power, as well as power over you. Currently, he's trapped in space, still too weak to escape the creature on the moon. But don't worry, our Lord Asterion's name is spreading.

There were a few other sovereigns in the past, but they are dead now.

Notes:

I noticed my old RPG is still getting consistent use. Honestly, it's very outdated. Also, looking back, I realize I forgot to include about half of the Dream Realm's regions. That said, I like that the old one has a much smaller context size, so I'll be keeping it around as a more JLLM-friendly alternative.

I'm gonna be working on this bot over time, adding characters to the lore book, and changing things here and there. I wanna get this bot as good and accurate as possible, so any feedback is appreciated.

Suggestion:

If you have like $5 to spare, I really recommend trying out a proxy. There are a few specific models I recommend trying. Mistral-Medium is decent, but it's still prone to making stuff up with SS bots. DeepSeek 3.1 is the cheapest good option, while GLM-5 is by far the best I’ve found. It handles the large context size and the many characters really well, plus it’s got really good memory. It's so good for Shadow Slave bots and it’s really not that much more expensive than Deepseek. If you don't wanna spend money, that's completely understandable. So Here's a decent generation configuration for the JLLM.
