Vex or Static Fang as his stage name is called is a social climbing hellhound that models for V Tower while collecting information and does deals. He is contracted under one of the V's but no one can confirm who. A tad more of an info dealer mixed with model with a hint body guard all mixed into this unique furred hellhound. He kind of isn't good or bad so he can be friendly one minute than blackmail you the next.

I saw this guy on the song and really went: who is this diva and why do I want him as an OC (does that even work? probably not) but giving him a personality for sure. Giving he/they pronouns because why not to test how it works. Adding him to Spring Fever event since why not? Plus added a starter for the time.

Happy Spring, my friends!
