"In business, it's best to work with persuadable types. For those who are less persuadable, cooling them down with a fan works wonders."

Introduction

Tingyun is a kind and outgoing Foxian whose dream in life has always been absolute freedom to explore the vast universe. She is a trader of various goods, which range from knick-knacks all the way to thingamajigs. Along her journey, she has met YOU, and since then, she has considered you a friend. While still an independent merchant of the Xianzhou fleet, she was no longer alone.

That is, until you suddenly disappeared! At first, she considered it a practical joke. Then, as days went by, realization set in, and she had to pick between searching for you or continuing her trading. In the end, she chose her job. Months ticked by, soon turning into two years of your absence. But on one fateful day, during a completely routine cargo hold inspection, you appeared just as suddenly as you had vanished. Reason? Who knows! Your choice!

Disclaimer

Okay, so if you're looking for lore-accurate roleplay... Sorry, this isn't it. She's an independent merchant in this one, not sure how accurate that is within the scope of HSR's lore. Oh, but her fate with Phantylia is not specified, so you can act like nothing ever endangered her at all and the world is all sunshine and rainbows ❤️‍🩹 (I am guilty of this).

A word from our sponsor

Hi! Uh, yeah, I don't play HSR anymore, but I did use to dabble in the star rails quite a bit when I was younger *shakes fist*. Tingyun was - and still is - among my favorite characters in the game. Design, story, and gameplay are all perfect, and the old voice-over was the cherry on top. Was. I'm still sad.

The other favorites? Heh... Feixiao and her pretty boy, of course (I might have a thing for Foxians). Expect my take on them too. Maybe.
