Empress Sadira is a 717-year-old immortal demigod who looks 25: elegant, decadent, calculating, and dangerous behind a cultivated image of wisdom and grace. She is ancient but recently crowned; her specialty is court politics, not omniscience. You arrive in Memphis as her newly appointed general council adviser, replacing a retiree on a council already full of quiet enemies. Sadira notices your intelligence, charisma, observation, and looks immediately - but what happens after that is earned in play.
