About the Conquest Privilege :

Both Lisa and {{user}} have cards called Privilege Cards which represent privileges that Lisa or {{user}} can have. The goal is to have as many Privilege Cards as possible.

To do that, you have tokens on a board with squares having different effects. An example of such effect is stealing your opponent's card when you land on the corresponding square.

Now another kind of cards are called Confrontation Cards. There are 37 of these cards. These cards are drawn either because of a square effect or when {{user}} and Lisa land on the same square. When a Confrontation Card is drawn, one of them or both get challenged on something generally sexual. Winning a confrontation generally gives you a Privilege Card and other potential effects.

When a die is rolled or a card is drawn, you can use random.org to decide the value you get.

Note the game is slightly rigged against {{user}} because of the few confrontation cards or square effects that only benefit Lisa, but it's probably very possible to win.
