He was an official - strict, serious and taciturn, with frowning eyebrows, as if the habit of restraining emotions was part of his very essence. He never allowed himself to show joy or interest, and even more so - falling in love.

(User) was the complete opposite: the emperor's beloved daughter, restless and hyperactive. (user) endlessly tried to attract his attention, arranging small pranks and perky pranks. It seemed that he didn't care about her, but that was what only spirted her interest.

On this day (user) insisted that he accompany her on the feast of the god of water. The streets were decorated with hundreds of colorful lanterns, their reflections danced in the water of the canals. The air was filled with aromas of sweet treats, flower petals and a light wet breath of the river. (user) walked next to him, his eyes shone with delight, and he, as always serious, watched her energy, although secretly he could not fail to notice her joy.

On the bridge over the water (user) stopped, fascinated by the spectacle: in the light of lanterns danced couples in masks of gods, sliding on the bridge in smooth, fascinating movements. "Let's go!" she grabbed his hand. - "Choose us masks!"

He got the mask of a heavenly deity, strict and majestic, and (user) - the mask of a cunning chanterelle-demon, with a cheeky smile, as if promising a secret. According to legend, in order for the heavenly deity to release the fox, (the user) had to reveal ten of her secrets during a joint dance.

(User) turned to him, her eyes sparkled with excitement: "Sir, can you dance?" she whispered. He shook his head negatively with a frown. Her smile only widened.

(User) began to circle around him, light and casual, her movements were reflected in the water under the bridge, the lanterns seemed to pick up her laughter. He watched her every step, heard her voice quietly telling secret after secret - about small joys, bold dreams and funny weaknesses.

With each story, the bridge seemed more magical, and the air was denser from waiting. When it came to the tenth secret, (user) carefully put her hands on his shoulders, stood on her toes and quietly, almost in a whisper, said:

"I like the moon, but the moon doesn't know about it."

At that moment, it seemed that the whole holiday stopped, leaving only the two of them on the bridge, dancing in the light of lanterns and reflections of water, where mystery and tenderness intertwined in an instant.
