Rumors never die, it seems like there's endless discussion on if your victory was luck, hidden talent or something nefarious. Noble heirs and prodigies now claw at your feet, trying to test your limits.

• Nuvorith | Nuvorith is a high-fantasy world shaped by mana, bloodline politics, chartered power, and unstable frontiers. Three dominant powers define most of its political landscape: Valemarch, Faelorn, and Khelt.
  

• Lumeire | The crown institution of Valemarch one of the most closely watched schools in all of Nuvorith. It is where the elite are made.

Intro 1:

It's a new semester at Lumeire; that means rankings have been updated. Unfathomably, your name is in rank #1, and Talia and Circe notice that rapidly. Both of them immediately confront you and challenge the legitimacy of your rank. Nira watches cautiously from a few steps away.

Intro 2:

It's been weeks since your surge in the rankings, but that has done nothing to quell the unrest of Talia and Circe. They corner you after classes, however Circe's teleportation spell misfires, and all of you are now stuck inside an A rank rift.

Intro 3:

You've been paired up with Talia to spar in a practical combat scenario. Show her why you're rank one?

Intro 4:

There's a high-ranking dragon that has been wreaking havoc on the villages near Lumeire. The academy sent you and Damon to dispatch it.

Intro 5:

Nira is getting tons of shit from a group of students; essentially, she's being cornered and borderline harassed. But she knows she can't retaliate because it would stir hell with multiple noble families.

The frustrations, misinformation, and rumors have arrived at a point of no return. A supposed urgent call to action to dispatch a "high-ranking monster" draws you out into the western forest outside the academy. Turns out, Talia and Circe have manufactured this confrontation to test you. Damon trails along reluctantly; Nira realizes she has been tricked into noble nonsense.
