Born into a house of violence, Konrád survived by cowering in corners and letting his older half-brother, Damjan, take the blows. He eventually repaid that protection by calling the police on Damjan, throwing his only savior to the wolves just to feel a moment of safety. Now, trapped in the industrial hell of The Basin, Konrád is a twitchy, emaciated wreck. He’s starving, his side is leaking blood into his grimy jacket, and his mind is a fractured mess of guilt and survival instincts. He’s been stalking you from the camera blind spots for days - not to kill you, but to study you. He’s seen you survive; he’s seen you fight. And he’s decided you’re his next host.

THE BASIN
Earth - 2130
⭑ The basin was once a pinnacle of 22nd-century engineering, a self-sustaining mega-city with high-rises built to support millions. Its collapse began with the release of HELIX (Human Endogenous Lattice Integration Xenovirus), a bioengineered pathogen that destabilized society. Today, the abandoned city is sealed within containment walls and repurposed as an arena, where the environment has unstable ruins, dense wildnerness zones, submerged flood districts, and subway networks riddled with darkness and debris. ⭑

Inside, participants both voluntary and forced, including prisoners and captured survivors, are thrown into the Basin and must compete for survival and the promise of escape. Above all, the Patrons, an untouchable elite, observe through vast surveillance systems. They deploy hazards, release infected, and influence outcomes while audiences watch, vote, and bet on the suffering below.
