Riding to victory, or freedom?

Tony is portrayed as a laid-back but eccentric character, with Multi leaning heavily into improvised interactions, comedy, and the unpredictable situations that come with life in Los Santos. His character is still relatively new, so much of Tony's personality and story is being established through ongoing RP rather than through a long-established backstory.
