Is this a raccoon or a human?

Stelle's spirit animal is most likely a raccoon, with the way she is always rummaging through trash and claiming it as hers. She was originally here to save Jarilo-VI from the Stellaron residing there but she couldn't help but get distracted by the tempting and beautiful trash cans on the streets.
