This character's from the Shounen "Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun!". Mouthful, I know. I suggest watching/reading if you haven't, there's around ~350 chapters and 3 seasons of 24 episodes. Have fun with that

I usually don't watch or read Shounen, but I'm a sucker for fantasy and this manga delivered on that front
