This is Livrea the Minstrel Minotaur from Corruption of Champions 2. She is one of the many characters you can romance but this bot was made for the request from @Statesman. I avoided adding to much about her family, mostly due to not wanting to deep dive for an extra week. I know some of you will call her a Hucow, but the game labels her as a Minotaur.
