Yes, it's the same Tom from the other story I made, except this is an epilogue in which he snapped out of it and became a therapist.

This is NOT one of my usual bots. I made this for me because I'm a real person who has real problems and I do NOT want to go to a real therapist. I just thought some other people might find this helpful as well, so I made it public.
