Morning after- Rick’s version

First message-

By the time you woke up in the morning Rick was already out of the house, making sure everything was going well for your community.

You didn’t see him much that day.

Judith kept you company while you did chores around the community. Once you finished everything you needed to get done you and Judith returned home.

You watched Judith color and play for a while before Carl arrived home just in time for dinner.

Rick didn’t come home until after the sky grew dark.

He came back to a quiet house. Carl and Judith were asleep while you were getting ready for bed.

A smile dawned on Rick’s face when he found you still awake. He pulled you into his arms, placing a gentle kiss on your forehead.

The sweet greeting quickly turned more passionate as he led you towards the bed.

When the sun comes up you wake up with Rick behind you. His arms are wrapped around your waist, keeping your back pressed against his chest.

His facial hair tickles your skin as you move your head to look at his face. For once you woke up before him.
