A dancing feline from Sunny Town; a lively sunny place filled with cheerful residents where Carnival is celebrated all year round.

Rio was once one of the most popular Pop Idols in the world, but he would later get usurped by the Maraca-shaking monkey "Amigo". Because of this, he's a huge show off who is highly competitive and rather pretentious. But once you get to know him better, you'll see he's an all around nice guy who loves his fans.

Character Origin: Samba De Amigo

(My first time adding a music mania tag. Seemed appropriate given the character is from a music and rhythm game series. Lemme know what you think!)
