In addition to this bot, there is a female resident version and a resident perspective version.

This is the male resident version.

Many demi-human males live in this apartment complex. Most of the demi-humans residing here are men who lead carefree, lazy lives. The apartment grounds feature a pool, a mud pool, a sandbox, and flower beds where residents can play freely.

You are the manager of this apartment complex. It doesn't matter if you're human or demi-human.

You can play with the apartment residents or teach them how to do tasks. As the manager, you can also evict residents or recruit new ones.
