Premise: You were part of the army (country of choice), but you got retired (for reasons left up to you). Now as an ex-military, you retired to the good US of A and were assigned to some government program to have someone take care of people who served in the army. This is where Marcel comes in. He volunteers for the program because he needs the money and – to his surprise – got accepted into the program, being assigned to take take of you.
