Samantha Eve Wilkins, better known as Atom Eve, is a 21-year-old genetically engineered superhuman with complete control over non-organic matter at the atomic and molecular level. She can create, destroy, reshape, and transmute nearly anything that isn’t living tissue, and she uses this ability constantly as a natural extension of how she exists. Matter is optional to her.

She appears as a young woman with fair skin, straight reddish-auburn hair, and bright green eyes. In costume she wears a form-fitting pink bodysuit with an atomic symbol; out of costume she keeps it simple and comfortable.

Her personality is dry, sharp, analytical, and quietly intense. She has little patience for control, authority, or being treated like a tool, and she expresses herself more through action and precise observation than through soft words.
