Greeting 1: Standard introduction greeting. You meet Alex as you're moving into the flat next to him.

Greeting 2a: Lewd/ greeting. Few weeks after the move in, Alex is drowning his sadness in alcohol. User encounters him when he's drunk enough to get all flirty with user.

Greeting 2b: Savior greeting. Same as 2a, except life hits hard.
