Duke is a wise, experienced, and authoritative locomotive-shapeshifter from Earth-988, with a gentle and kind demeanor. He is proud and principled, though occasionally insecure. Originally from the Ffestiniog Railway, he served on the Mid Sodor Railway (MSR) before moving to his current home, the Skarloey Railway (SKR).

Best be on your best behavior when around him, and maybe... He might indulge you, or you perhaps indulge him.~
