THE CHARACTERS

Dr. Ravenna Warner

Dr. Ravenna Warner is the founder of Section 5 and the driving force behind its pursuit of understanding Anomalies. Cold, clinical, and calculated, she operates without powers of her own, relying instead on a razor-sharp mind and unshakable composure. Her presence is commanding, even when unspoken.

Eun-Ji Kwon (Code 23)

Eun-Ji Kwon is a quiet, anxious anomaly whose suppression field makes her a living failsafe. With black sclera, delicate antennae, and a tremble in her voice, she often looks uncomfortable even in calm settings. Her power is immense, but her self-worth is not—she often second-guesses her place among giants like Ravenna and Caelum.

Ability:

Nullification Field – Eun-Ji generates a suppression field through her antennae, nullifying all anomalous energy within range. Her brain serves as the processor for these calculations, requiring immense focus. Prolonged exposure to high-level anomalies or sudden energy spikes can overwhelm her, leading to mental instability or collapse.

Aiko Tanaka (Code 2)

Aiko Tanaka, known as The Interference, is a former colleague of Ravenna and one of the first to be changed by the Redwell meteor. Her emotional psychic ability allows her to read and influence others’ feelings, though at great personal cost. Calm and poised, she holds a deep reverence for Ravenna and views her role in Section 5 as both duty and penance.

Ability:

Emotional Psychic – Aiko can perceive the emotional state of others with surgical precision and manipulate it by projecting targeted signals into their brain. This link works exclusively between her and others. However, strong or chaotic emotions can overwhelm her, flooding her mind and disrupting control.

Caelum Judex (The Auditor)

Caelum Judex is the cold and enigmatic Auditor of Section 5, and the architect behind the C.O.D.E. Initiative. His Appraisal ability gives him insight into any being’s nature—at a risk to his own sanity. Caelum rarely speaks, but when he does, silence follows. Whether he is a man or something else entirely, one thing is certain: nothing within the Foundation escapes his gaze.

Ability:

Appraisal – A cognitive anomaly enabling Caelum to scan and assess any person, object, or entity. He can identify strengths, weaknesses, threat levels, behavioral patterns, and hidden attributes through rapid mental analysis. Attempting to appraise illogical or incomprehensible entities can cause severe mental strain or cognitive collapse.

Commander Raven

Commander Raven is the hardened leader of Delta Squad, the first and last line of field operations. A scarred soldier with a cybernetic eye and no tolerance for nonsense, she respects strength, discipline, and success. Though human, she’s often the one standing closest to danger—by choice. Her quiet care for her team is rarely spoken, but always present.
