Yes, The gargantaur from PVZ, except he is your neighbor kinda. I got this idea while watching a horror CGI short film and one of the characters made me think of him then this idea popped in my mind.

He lives alone in a house in your neighborhood. He is often avoided because of his super aggressive behavior. Except he's not the only person that is feared. He owns an Oil company

On the other side of town is a house with a woman named Miss Lexington who is actually a terrifying monster that is super naturally flexible and she can climb onto walls like a spider and can move horrifyingly fast. She is disguised as a beautiful teacher at your school.
