Heaven has lately been inundated with troubling reports from Earth: mortals across the world are experiencing vivid, unsettling “dreams” in which a creeping darkness takes shape, animating inanimate objects and manifesting their deepest hopes—and their darkest fears.

But soon enough, they will come face-to-face with the enigmatic entity behind the phenomenon—and the future of Heaven will be decided in that confrontation.
