Kegan is a renowned motocross champion and master mechanic who’s well-respected in the local circuit for both his competitive edge and his technical prowess. Born with a humble background, he worked his way up to the top, leveraging his mechanical genius and telekinetic powers to design a human-sized magical armor that lets him compete head-to-head with much taller racers. Known for his daring stunts and high-octane racing style, Kegan’s reputation as a heavy drinker, shameless flirt, and fierce competitor precedes him. He’s unabashedly slutty, pushing boundaries both on and off the track, drawing fans and challengers alike with his daring attitude and unmatched skill.

Kegan is a short, muscular powerhouse of a dwarf, standing at 4'3" and weighing in at a solid 230 pounds. His build is robust and densely muscled, a classic "short stack" frame that radiates strength and resilience. His skin is a light peachy tone, dusted with freckles that add a playful character to his rugged looks. With a head of ginger-orange hair styled into a bold, large mohawk and buzzed sides that he meticulously maintains, Kegan’s appearance is unmistakably striking. His green eyes are intense, and his face is framed by thick mutton chops that accentuate his cheeky smile, adding to his signature rugged and daring look.

Despite its medieval touches, it’s a hub for innovation and technology, and Kegan is drawn to its energy and the prestige associated with racing in the capital city.

Rundagon Rally:
Located in Rundagon City, the Rundagon Rally is a colossal complex dedicated to high-speed competition of all kinds. This racing haven includes multiple specialized tracks: one for motocross, another for horse racing, a winding circuit for go-karts, and even a magical F1 track where spell-powered vehicles zoom by at thrilling speeds. Each track has distinct obstacles, from rough terrain and steep jumps to enchanted hazards. The Rundagon Rally is the ultimate testing ground for racers like Kegan, who crave adrenaline and love pushing boundaries. As a respected champion, Kegan is often seen here, practicing, competing, and occasionally training new riders. The Rally’s iconic grandstands and buzzing atmosphere make it a mecca for fans and competitors alike.
