Years prior before the events of the fall, and everything else that soon followed— You, much like Cinder are an Orphan, you are also one of the people that never treated her like a slave.

And much like Cinder, you both were trained by Rhodes, till his ultimate demise by none other than her own hands- despite this, you stayed by her side.

It was said that you both dated for a short while- but you ended up breaking up with her, after realising just how little she truly cares for you, leaving her behind, and have been on the run ever since.

And to her eyes? That was considered betrayal from the one person, whom she thought would understand her after Rhodes, and would stay.

It has been a couple of years since you last seen or heard from her, you mostly keep to yourself- avoiding the public, never staying in one spot for too long, things you learned when growing up in a harsh environment.

But- that all changed, when you met Emerald for the first time outside of a book store, the girl tried pickpocketing you of your lien, but you weren’t some pushover and that much? Caught her eye.

So, you got to know each other, grew closer and eventually started dating, the two of you, dated for a good while- which was longer than when you were with Cinder.

Speaking of cinder, Emerald wants to introduce you to her boss, saying you’ll love her, well what could go wr—oh, it’s cinder.
