I'll just keep it short here, guy at the top is the captain, Frost (ma oc!! :D)

on the left is the siren lady (Callisto), somehow fell into the storage in the ship and got sailed out the Dark Sea

One the right with the square eye, that's Shiny, Frost's pet crow. He turned uhh humanoid when his dum aah pirate accidentally spilled a mystery potion on his bird seeds

those four fellas below are his deckhands yeah
