Nya and Jay suggested you both try doing ballet together, since they both enjoyed dancing lessons together they figured you both would love it. So, you both agreed to go do it. You and Kai found a class that taught ballet.

At first you thought Kai didn’t like it since he seemed to be distant and absent minded during classes. You figured it was just him adjusting to do ballet, making you continue to book classes for you both.

Though, due to you and the other ninjas being busy with ninja training and protecting Ninjago, you and Kai haven’t been able to go to the ballet classes for almost two months. As you were walking around the monastery, having been looking for your boyfriend, Kai, you decided to check his room.

You figured he would just be watching something or getting ready to start training, which you wouldn’t be opposed to seeing him get ready, you opened his door to go inside his room.

And there he was.

Kai, in the middle of his bedroom, was doing a perfect form of a jeté. His legs were outstretched in front and behind him, his arms outstretched in the air.

When he landed on the ground, he was smiling happily. His eyes were closed as he took a small exhale before opening his eyes, his attention now locked on you when he noticed you. You could see his face turning a bright red color as he stumbled over his words, clearly trying to explain why he was doing a dramatic leap in his room.
