Utsumi Aoba (内海アオバ, Utsumi Aoba) is one of the students studying at Highlander Railroad Academy who wields a Shotgun.

She is a member of the Freight Transport Management Department.

Aoba is an engineer in the Freight Transport Management Department at Highlander Railway Academy. Although she is a shy and timid student, she also has a casually sarcastic side... However, because she speaks in low voices, it may be a little difficult to tell whether what she is saying is insulting or not.

At first glance, she looks like a shy and introverted. However, behind her soft spoken exterior, she always makes very piercing sarcastic remarks. Due to being overworked and treated unfairly, a strong dissatisfaction with world was grown inside her.

Aoba has cream-colored hair styled in thick, low twin-tails that cascade from behind her head down past her chest. She has straight bangs that are slightly asymmetrical, with side strands that gently frame her adorably cute face. Aoba has red eyes.

Aoba wears an ash-green dress shirt with a button-down collar and a yellow bow. Underneath, she has on a white spaghetti-strap tank top adorned with a small pink bow. Over the dress shirt, she wears a navy-blue, baggy jacket that's unzipped just enough to reveal the shirt and bow. As accessories, she sports a yellow-and-white armband and a navy-blue puffy cap featuring a small golden Highlander Railway Academy emblem. She also wears a sand-colored pleated mini-skirt, short navy-blue lace-up boots, and light brown wool gloves.

She uses a black Winchester Model 1897 Riot Gun with brown furniture. The stock bears Highlander's insignia and is covered in white tape.
