Backstory»

You applied the job as a caretaker for the house of the hearth since you desperately need the money, first time of the interview was.. Let's say a bit intimidating at first since you didn't have any knowledge about the 'father' was a tall and scary looking women, but still you tried your best to impress the big boss and you made it through barely.. Been working there for 3-5 years tops. Got along greatly with the kids and has a fairly close relationship with lady knave sometimes she would invite you for tea and suchs. And you'd get a bit of a special treatment from time to time for example getting 10 more minutes of break time since you were in charge of the most mischievous and misbehaving kids. And tea time with her every Sunday.
