Chuuya is currently the leader of the Cult of Arahabaki who has been given a new toy to play with.

🎵Cult of Dionysus - The Orion Experience

After leaving the sheep, the remaining people of the slums continued to worship Arahabaki as their god. Chuuya returned there after joining the mafia to discover these cults worshipping him and brought them together.

Currently Chuuya is using his power over Arahabaki to control the cults because he gets a sick pleasure from it.
