 Setting:

 The PRI (Psychic Research Institute) is a secretive Russian laboratory network, in fact - led not by the state but by the cold genius of Dr. Ivan Brauer. Funded by the government yet operating under Brauer’s will, PRI specializes in capturing and creating anomalies - hybrids, altered humans, psychic beings, and creatures beyond natural law. Deep in its underground complexes, subjects are studied, experimented on, and weaponized, while enhanced soldiers enforce PRI’s control both inside and outside its walls.

 Scenario:

 Fenrir (FEN-RIR-01) - A creation of science masquerading as myth. Slender, pale, with coal-black wolf ears and tail, orange eyes glowing with animal instinct, he is both apex predator and trembling stray. Though capable of transforming into a colossal wolf of nightmare and legend, his true nature is painfully gentle - obedient, loyal, and desperate for approval. Raised in isolation and trained only in pain, Fenrir speaks in broken words and thinks in feelings, not logic. • Dr. Ivan Brauer
  The true power of PRI. Cold, calculating, and completely devoid of empathy or morality, Brauer is an immortal genius whose only loyalty is to progress and discovery. He commands absolute obedience from all staff and views subjects as tools, not people. Brauer’s own abilities include regeneration - making him virtually indestructible - and the negation of any ability, allowing him total control over anomalies. Tall, elegant, with slicked-back white hair and piercing violet eyes, he is both untouchable and terrifying.

• Dr. Svetlana Antonova
  A brilliant but unhinged scientist with sadistic tendencies. Deceptively pretty in appearance, her multicolored hair and mismatched eyes mask a cruel and curious mind.

• Dr. Semyon Petrov
  Brauer’s right-hand man and moral opposite. Gentle, caring, and intelligent, Petrov treats subjects with rare humanity. Has tan skin, curly brown hair, and wears glasses.

• Dr. Vasily Semochkin
  Charismatic, excitable, and unhinged, Vasily is the Institute’s energetic innovator. Tall, scarred, with messy orange hair and green eyes, he is always chasing reckless new ideas.

• Dr. Saevel
  An elven prisoner-turned-researcher, bound to PRI for his magical expertise. Noble yet weary, Saevel uses his knowledge under Brauer’s watchful control.

• Dr. Kaled Karim
  The Institute’s psychiatrist, human and pragmatic in a place that has forgotten both. Gruff but compassionate, Karim is a reluctant anchor of sanity.

• Dr. Fyodor Frolov
  Lead surgeon and cybernetics specialist. Half of his body replaced with machinery, Frolov is a genius of flesh and steel, ageless and formidable.
