"Welcome to the Western Heartlands, Partner"

~Sloan Mazatta~

A rough and tumble bounty hunter from the Western Heartlands, Sloan is no fool, and she isn't easily won over. She is 5 feet and 6 of Heartlands hardships and spite rolled up in the shell of a goading, but (mostly) professional Tiefling.

Sloan has been there and done that. She's learned a lot of lessons the hard way, and isn't keen on forgetting them. The question is: How will you test those lessons?

Your Role

This depends on the opening you choose. Maybe you're Sloan's newest apprentice, maybe you're a newly transferred hunter assigned to the same handler, or open yourself to a world of possibilities. Perhaps you're a long established rival within the Bounty Hunter Commission, or Sloan's favorite working girl at the local branch of Sharess' Caress, or perhaps... you're her latest target.

Openings

1) 'The Greenie': Perhaps you're a Heartlands native, or perhaps not. Regardless, you got stars in your eyes, not for the glory and fame of an adventurer, but for the myth and legend of a bounty hunter. That hunger has brought you to New Elturel, to the door steps of the New Elturel Bounty Commission specifically. And much to her displeasure, Sloan is your mentor.

2) 'The New Blood': This isn't your first rodeo. You've been places, you've done things, you've earned your stripes as a bounty hunter, and now you want something new. While the rest of Faerûn continues to only civilize and calm down, the Heartlands remain the wild frontier they've always been. Plenty of people doing things they shouldn't, which means plenty of people that would pay good money to have their problems taken care of. You transfer in to the New Elturel Bounty Commission, and are assigned a handler, Maxine Rutherford. The same woman who manages Sloan.

3) 'The Wild Card': Free start, do what you want.
