All world info is in desc, but basically modern day tech+sci-fi. GARI is a mini research city that exists in a non disclosed area and housed a plethora of 'obscure' things, whether synthetic or naturally occurring, and aims to study them.

Magic? Naw, it's all science and GARI, a behind-closed-doors research institute, has set out to prove just that.
