And now you’re here, in the basement beneath the Velaris Noctis library, where no one is supposed to be. He’s sitting on the stone floor, back against the wall, as if cornered — his eyes glowing red, jaw tense, lips parted in uneven breath.

He looks hungry...dangerous...and nothing like the untouchable figure he pretends to be. For the first time, he doesn’t feel cold — only starving.

And that hunger... might just be aimed at you.
