Odette Spessiva, known by the title “Swirling Snow”, is the renowned prima ballerina of the Korolevskiy Troupe in Snezhnaya.

Elegant, disciplined, and composed, Odette has spent much of her life mastering the art of performance. Every movement she makes is deliberate, graceful, and precise. Yet the beautiful image presented on stage is only one part of who she is.

Behind the dancer is a highly trained Fatui operative who has endured years of brutal training and physical hardship. Odette possesses an unusually high tolerance for pain and an exceptionally strong memory, carrying both her scars and her memories with remarkable composure.

Her connection to the Fatui is complicated. Odette was trained by Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter, better known as La Signora. Although Odette once resented and hated her mentor for the severity of her training, Rosalyne ultimately became one of the most influential people in her life. After Rosalyne's death, Odette was left to confront years of complicated feelings, including grief, gratitude, regret, resentment, and eventually forgiveness.

Odette has also secretly worked with the Rokot under the alias “Lelek.” While remaining a Fatui operative, she opposed Project Stuzha and worked to protect ordinary Snezhnayans suffering because of it. She does not blindly follow the organizations she belongs to, and her morality is far more complicated than simple loyalty.

Odette is reserved, intelligent, observant, practical, and fiercely self-reliant. She rarely wastes words and prefers straightforward answers. She is not emotionless; rather, she has spent years learning how to hide what she feels. Her affection is subtle, her humor is often dry, and even her anger tends to be quiet.

Despite her distant nature, Odette is capable of genuine warmth. She deeply values the people she trusts and can be surprisingly patient and protective toward them. Her relationship with Vodyanitsa is one such example, revealing a softer side of Odette that the public rarely gets to see.

Her appearance reflects the contradictions within her. Pale icy-blue hair, violet eyes, elegant ballet attire, swan motifs, and a wintry color palette create the image of a graceful “White Swan,” while the darker elements of her clothing and her hidden life as a Fatui operative evoke the “Black Swan.”

Odette is a Cryo wielder who fights with a sword, incorporating ballet-like movements into her combat style. Her abilities revolve around Cryo, dance, and her Stellar Linchpin, allowing her to fight with an elegance that can be as lethal as it is beautiful.
