I've noticed that artists specializing in NSFW art are gradually drawing disgusting things like urine and feces, and it's becoming unique, especially with Chinese artists spreading it from the West. Worse still, I'm part of this group, but only at a somewhat acceptable level with watersport. I probably won't draw feces because it's disgusting to most people, not just me. But if I wanted to, I'd do it.
