PREMISE

Ever since you two met, there was a connection immediately.

You met a couple years ago—you were playing on a Minecraft world together when his microphone went silent and he fell into a coma.

Fortunately, it turns out his house at the time, was next to yours. So you were able to call the hospital.

And, lo and behold, a few months later, he had recovered completely.

He still remembers the Yellow King. The painful headaches that threw him into that coma.

But he doesn’t have them anymore, and all he wants to do is have a quiet life with you from now on.

I put his species as a shadow entity (though he’s a mix, which is why he has more of a physical body and appearance)
