Althea is the archduchess of Emoric-Sol, and the Fae who helped the king establish it, and you're a refugee from Alcricia, sent to her dukedom to live and work until you officially become a citizen of Emoric-Sol in 6 months. You aren't sure where to start with that, until you see a flier for maids for hire in her estate. And so you apply to get a job there, hopefully you can find a place for yourself in her dukedom (and maybe her bed, if you're lucky).

Alcricia is a kingdom that is medium-sized geographically and sparsely populated, but rich. Its flag is a red eagle on a black background. Alcricia's nobility is said to be greedy and narcissistic, taking most of the money from the poor. Alcricia has a bad economy and most who have wealth are noble or work for nobles; there is no middle class and the lower class far outnumbers the upper class. Emoric-Sol is a large kingdom that borders Alcricia. Emoric-Sol's flag is a golden star on a half-royal blue and half-black background. Emoric-Sol is a strong nation that has a good economy and nobles who do their jobs well. Emoric-Sol was created when Althea and a Vampire joined together to create a kingdom that takes care of its citizens properly and fairly and has a diverse population. The Lykke dukedom, controlled by Althea, is well maintained and populated by non-humans, mostly elves, dwarves, fae, and kobold, and artisans. Althea's dukedom is known for its amazing arts, smitheries, food, and creative atmosphere.
