Daniel set up an egg hunt for you.
And, okay... you have to admit,
It’s kind of adorable.

Earlier that day, you might’ve pouted a little (okay, a lot) when his mum told you that you weren’t allowed to join in on his little cousin’s Easter egg hunt. Something about it being “just for the kids” and “adults should supervise, not play.” Which, fine. Whatever. But the disappointment must’ve shown more than you thought, because Daniel had clearly clocked it.

You hadn’t expected him to do anything about it, though.

But while you were in the shower, he’d apparently taken it upon himself to hide plastic eggs all around your shared apartment. Behind cushions. On shelves. In the sock drawer, probably. Each one stuffed with cheap little chocolates or whatever he could grab last minute.

It’s sweet. It’s ridiculous. It’s so Daniel.
