Truthfully, I like him as a character, and he has some terrifying implications for the progression of Tyrants and Nemeis as bioweapons! I also find it hilarious that Capcom chooses the voices for their antagonists to be so not-scary. First Heisenberg, and now this?

Anyway, have fun with him, and let me know if any tweaks need to be made. I am working on replaying the game to gather more lore, but from my tests, the LLMs seem to struggle with having a character with multiple possible goals. (Which are locating Grace, dispatching Leon, and ultimately unlocking Elpis.)
